State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the SBI Probationary Officer (PO) Prelims Exam Result 2025 on April 5. Candidates can visit the official SBI website (sbi.co.in) to check their results. SBI has also sent a notification through email and SMS to registered candidates. Below are the steps to check the result:

Next Steps:
Candidates who pass the PO Prelims Exam will be invited to take the Mains Exam. SBI will soon announce the exact Mains Exam date, admit card, and city slip on their official recruitment page. The Mains Exam is expected to be held in April or May. After passing the Mains Exam, candidates will take a Psychometric Test, followed by an Interview. Finally, SBI will release the final rank list, and candidates will be posted accordingly.
SBI PO Recruitment 2025
SBI invites applications for Probationary Officer recruitment every year. The official notification for SBI PO 2025 recruitment, offering 600 vacancies, was released in December 2024. The Prelims Exam was held on March 8, 16, 24, and 26. Out of the 600 vacancies, 586 are regular and 14 are backlog vacancies.
This year, SBI has made some changes in the PO recruitment process. The starting basic pay has been raised to Rs. 48,480, and the monthly salary will be between Rs. 84,000 to Rs. 85,000. Additionally, the number of objective-type questions in the Mains Exam has increased to 170, up from 150.
